Design Advisory Committee (DAC)
Meeting No.2
- January 16, 2008
2.01
Considerations:
A.
Jim
Stinson reviewed notes from 1/15/08 meeting; Three options outlined as follows:
1.
Building
per EIR (scales to 27,000 s.f.)
2.
Building
basically EIR but w/increased area to accommodate up –to-date program
requirements (4 cross-court gym, special education requirements, etc.) Program
would push closer to EIR area limitation of 36,000 s.f. Attempt open easement @
Rollins St. vacation but strictly for pedestrian access.
3.
Build
basically per EIR but put Admin function at 2nd level & Library
/ Comp. Labs at grade level. This option would be okay if the campus was
secured with perimeter fencing.
